Youtube is pretty much saturated with content on just about any category these days, but there are still some very creative channels that are very entertaining and sometimes educational. I'm a big fan of Mr. Beast, Linus Tech Tips, and Practical Engineering. PBS Space Time is also very interesting, alongside a number of other educational channels.

A lot of Deviant Ollam, Lock picking lawyer, Modern Rogue, 8 bit guy, etc.

Probably the only ones I catch consistently are Project Veritas, John Stossel, and Undecided with Matt Farrel.
