There is a lot missing from this story. He had a chance to do a 10 year sentence with a plea deal. He didnt take it and thats fine. So he took it to court. Was it a trial of his peers? And if so they found him guilty and I sure would like to see exactly what the evidence is that would make a trial jury convict him. I just dont think it is cut and dry as the author makes it out to be.
